Eligibility

For PGDM programmes, students who have completed three years of Bachelors Degree or equivalent in any discipline, recognized by an Indian University or Deemed University, are eligible to apply. Those compeleting their final examination by August,2020 may also apply.

Selection Criteria

Indraprasth Institute of Management uses these scores only for short listing candidates. Final selection is based on the candidate’s academic records, performance in our selection process including Group Discussions & Personal Interview, CAT/MAT/CMAT/XAT/ATMA/GMAT score, as well as experience of previous employment. The selected candidates are required to fill the Application Form available with the Institute’s Admission Department by payment of Rs1000/- cash or demand draft in favor of Indraprasth Institute of Management, payable at Gurugram or by downloading the form from Institute’s website www.iimgurgaon.com and sending the form to the Institute with demand draft of Rs. 1000/–Only.

Programme Offered

Our two-year full-time postgraducate Diploma in Management (PGDM) Programme is approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India and it prepares the student for a career in industry and services. The courses are designed to develop and enhance
The PGDM Programme equips the students with an integrated approach to management function and managerial skills. The programme also provides an opportunity to concentrate in one or two of the functional areas (viz. Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production, Operations & Decision Sciences and Aviation Management).

Academic Evaluation System

The Institute’s evaluation system is designed to continuously assess the students’ performance in relation to the required standards of academic achievement. Apart from examinations, a student’s performance is assessed on the basis of class participation, preparation of periodic library assignments, internals and surprise quizzes. The Institute expects a minimum standard for promotion to the second year and for the award of the Diploma. Failure to meet the minimum standards of performance at any time would require a student to discontinue from the programme.

IIMG has a full time placement department to coordinate placement activities. The placement team interacts closely with top industry people on a regular basis and maintains excellent mutually beneficial relationships with HR Managers.
The department also arranges industry interface, workshops and industry visits on an ongoing basis.
