I was Dean Aviation as well as Personality Development Trainer for MBA with erstwhile Rai University Delhi. I have also been a trainer for the Cabin Crew with Air Sahara (Now Jet Connect) for two years.
Between 2005 and 2009 I also started a soft skills and customer care training section. The clients were :- -State Bank of India, (all India Level) -Corporation Bank Noida
Also done T&T (train the trainer) for I have conducted Team building , Leadership, Communication Skills and Corporate Etiquettes sessions with a company Called Protecon BTG at Noida (in 2016)
I was involved with the assessment of Hero Motocorp Sales staff on all India basis. (Feb 2016)
Trained eight batches of 22 to 25 Managers each In RMS a multinational Company at Noida for Communication skills from Sept,2016 till date Also (have conducted one day workshop with the managers of RMS (For English Communications)in the month of Nov.2016)
I have been associated with a company called The Winning Mantra Noida for four years For training of Campus Interviews ,GDPIs for Students of GLAU Mathura, JUIT Shimla, IMS Ghaziabad ,MIET/MIT Meerut, BIMTECH Greater Noida ,GLBIMR (Trained PGDM Students) AKG College Ghaziabad also conducted a faculty Development Program for GLAU Mathura BIMTECH Greater Noida and Ideal Institute of Technology Ghaziabad.
Presently I am conducting session Twice a week ) of Corporate Etiquette and communication skills for 220 Management students of GLBIMR (GL Bajaj Institute of Management & Research)I have worked as director Cabin Crew Training with Flypro plus Academy based in Gurgaon. From Dec. 2016 to Dec.2017.
Presently I am working as Dean Aviation, Travel Tourism and Hospitality Mgt. with Doyens Fly at Gurgaon.
I also assess Students of Hospitality (For English Communication) for London Academy of Professional Training (For Communication Skills.
